What is your School Uniform Rebates program?
For all uniforms you buy, a portion of the sales will go towards your child's school. No matter if the sale was made in the store, over the phone, or online. Just let us know what school it is for and we will do the rest.

What is the Preferred Customer Card?
For customers who would like to receive school uniform coupons through the mail; we have our Preferred Customer Card. For every $50 that is spent you receive a stamp, after the card is filled with stamps (11) it is worth $25 off your next purchase. On the back of the card is a place for your address. You will then be put into our “Preferred Customer Database”. Every couple of months we send out coupons to our customers via USPS. We now send out Preferred Customer Cards with phone and internet orders which you can combine with other cards to complete the 11 stamp requirement.

Can I use coupons for over the phone/online orders?
Yes, if you receive coupons through the mail or from your school, and would like to use them for an over the phone or online order, you must mail in the coupon after placing your order. You must tell the customer service representative that you have the coupon. If you are ordering online you must call and let us know what coupon you have or write in the comment box when you are checking out that you have a coupon you would like to use. After you have let us know, mail the coupon(s) in and once we receive your coupon(s) your order will then be processed.

Do you have a lay-away program?
Yes, For the convenience to some of our shoppers, Donald's offers a lay away program. It works as follows: 20 % down, and 20% a month for 90 days. This incentive is an in the store or over the phone offer only.

How can I place an order if I don't have a credit card?
We accept checks, credit cards and money orders, No COD Shipments. You can send money orders/checks to 972 Payne Ave, St. Paul, MN 55130. Please include the appropriate shipping fees as listed above. (We will not ship your order until we are in receipt of the money order/check). Contact Donald's customer service dept. for pricing and details. They will total your order, and will check to see if the items you want are in stock. Contact them at 1-800-728-8082.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call 1-800-728-8082 and speak with a customer representative. You may not cancel an order via email. Order cancellations must be made within seventy-two hours of originally placing the order to insure the order hasn't already been sent.

How long after I place an order does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will only be charged for items when they are shipped. If any items you selected are on backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time they ship to you.

How long after my credit card is charged will I receive my order?
Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise generally takes up to 5 to 7 business days to get to you from the day it's charged.
