Where do I shop for my school's uniform?

Certain schools' products are ONLY at one location or the other. Click the link below to see where your school's uniform items are available. If your school's uniform does not have a school logo, you can shop at either location. If your school's uniform is at a location that isn't convenient for you, you can order online or over the phone and have your items sent to the Donald's location of your choice! Shipping to your home is also available.

When will I receive my order?

Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise generally takes 3 to 7 business days to get to you from the day you place your order.  Merchandise that is not in stock in our store will have to be ordered from one of our manufacturers. Depending on the item and whether or not it is in stock at the manufacturer, it can take several weeks. You can always call or email us to check on the status of your order. If you give us your email address when you place your order, you will receive Tracking Information when your order is shipped.

Please note: Products that have a school logo embroidered on them can run out of stock. When this happens, it can take up to 2-5 weeks to embroider. It can take longer if we are out of blank product. Donald’s does not guarantee receipt of embroidered products within any specified time frame.

Can I use coupons for over the phone/online orders?

Online Orders – We are still working on a solution for using gift cards online. At this time, please call us to place a phone order and we will apply your gift card.

Phone Orders – If you have a gift card you would like to use for a phone order, you must tell the customer service representative that you have a gift card when placing your order and provide the number on the back of the card.

How do I apply my store credit to phone/online orders?

Online Orders – Please call or email us before placing your online order. We cannot apply your store credit after you have placed your order.

Phone Orders – Please tell the customer service representative that you would like to apply your store credit to your order.

Do I have to make an appointment to be fitted for uniforms?

No appointments are needed. We have a full staff available to help you year-round!

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please call 651-776-2723 Ext. 0 and speak with a customer representative or email us at donalds@donaldsuniform.comOrder cancellations must be made within 48 hours of originally placing the order to ensure the order hasn't already been sent. Please note that a 10% restocking fee may be issued for any orders that are canceled beyond the specified time frame. Logo Product orders cannot be cancelled.

When will my credit card be charged when I place an order?

Your credit card will be charged immediately if you place your order online. If you place your order over the phone, we will charge your card within approximately 3 days from the time you place your order. 

Can I bring something in to be embroidered?

We do not embroider items previously purchased from us or purchased elsewhere.
